P POGGIOLATO RED

Our red wine has an intense scent, due to the phase of maturation from the brooms, of the iris, of the junipers and of the berries that surround the vineyard.
It has a vigorous flavour, that combine very well with all courses, particularly with roast and game

I.G.T. ROSATO

It is a young and perfumed wine, gotten with grapes selected by the vines of Sangiovese.
It has a delicate and soft taste. You perfectly combines with flat of fish to the oven and the grate and white meats. The temperature of 10-12 centigrade degrees must be served to.

OIL

Tuscan olive oil is amongst the best.

Our production is done using the ‘old method’ and has a strong mellow taste.
